Hello, peers.
Today I bring you Achyon. It is of no surprise to any of you that the lack of maintenance brought about by a formal ruling polity has damaged Achyon to some degree or another. What may surprise you is that unfortunately, this year, extreme snow-melt from the mountains has resulted in Achyon becoming flooded severely. Though some citizens were able to save their homes from being swept away by the extreme spring floods, many were caught off guard, and indeed many houses were torn from their foundations, some homes were ripped in half.
Achyon, woefully, when the waters receded was inundated with mud and silt from on high, this couldn't be cleared, as the sewer pumps have also failed to an extreme degree from lack of maintenance and Achyon has begun the process of returning to it's original state. A swamp.
Luckily for those homes who survived; the street rats (not Razuka!) mostly died horrific drowning deaths and were swept out to sea.
Additionally, the enigmatic cylion plant has made it's return to it's native ecosystem.
Without further ado, here are the changes.
