Ardent Artificing

Though there have been no vocal announcements from Ardent Artificing of late, many can be seen coming and going from the humble shop's environs. It's rarer to see a day without smoke billowing from its chimneys than it is with. Business is booming, and there is also business that the shop has to offer those of a more industrious spirit. A few ads have gone up, posted on a board outside the smithy. 

WANTED:

Crystal Magi.

Any skill level.

Required for a project. Nature disclosed to serious inquiries only. 

Compensation offered, starting at 10,000. Negotiable.

WANTED:

Master alchemist.

The best and brightest, preferable to be knowledgeable in more obscure recipes.

Compensation handsome and negotiable.

Another notice is also posted, though it's not among the adds offering well compensated labor. It is also penned in what must be the coarse hand and language of the Ardent Artificer herself. Needless to say, the posting's tone drastically contrasts with the other more...professional notices.

If all of you keep bringing me this run-of -the-mill bullshit to work on, with my already limited time, I'm going to start charging each and every one of you extra for either A) wasting my time or B) boring me to death.

If you got the stones to knock on my door, it had better be good, you'd better have coin, or, preferably, both.
