1849 A.C.
❖ Despite suffering an attack by Osrona in recent years, the Crimson Court has seen to rebuild all damage in entirety. Anti-aircraft measures have been put in place to prevent such a sudden surprise maneuvering in the future.
❖ An expansion project is in the works, with funds having been collected, though discussions about what to add are still underway.
❖ After the successful destruction of Fort Umbra, the Kingdom as a whole sets its sights upon Nyx and the Shadowmire in particular, though there have been no official invasion plans drawn up yet. The military is instead focusing its efforts elsewhere, given the political climate upon Esshar as a whole.
❖ Word has spread that the Queen has in her possession a transceiver, that of Osrona's mysterious technology. Work is now underway to replicate the device, and see them spread throughout the higher echelon of the Crimson Court.
❖ With Osrona preparing to mount an attack upon Achyon, the Queen has been spotted moving in and out of the Docro manor, as well as Achyon as a whole. The Crimson Court's troops have been spotted departing Aesirheim, and official word has been dispatched, especially upon hearing some peculiar news elsewhere-
Quote:As we have promised, the Kingdom of Asphodel stands prepared to defend Achyon to the utmost, as they have done for us in the past. Through toil and strife has our bond been hardened to a significant degree, and no amount of propaganda or honey-coated lies will see it broken.
The people of Osrona speak of peace, yet they take the opportunity to butcher anyone who dissents. It was I, not them, who sought peaceful resolution and merciful outcomes for their own. When handed prisoners from Asphodel, what is it they do?
Slaughter them without a second thought, as in the case with mister Jigan Ikaris.
As a result, I cannot simply stand by while they set their sights upon my closest ally. While I do not agree with all of Barsburg's methodology, I respect their vision and ambition. To see a world one day without divine influence, to see the veil of religious hypocrisy lifted from the eyes of mankind. Pillars which I can stand by, ideals which I can make terms with.
With the death of Jarl Rune, our sovereignty over Aesirheim has been broken as a whole. The few warriors who remain there have an opportunity to move to Asphodel, but we will not move to defend it, given its vulnerable position. It is more of a liability at the moment, and not worth our efforts.
I have not forgotten about the Shadowmire either. There is only enough room for one Queen on Esshar, and Nyx will be dealt with in time.
For the moment, however, I stand in solidarity with Achyon.
