Yeah, it's really feeling like a penalty to go into Light now. It's good utility. But it's got no Damage Reductions, or any CC. It's not like any light users were stun locking and then unloading a 4 spell combo like what seemed to be the meta. It still took skill, and 20rpp for a teleport was more than enough. With additions to Shadow coming, and only super Phantom Strike on the way to light it's evident which of these trees is better to delve into.
