Name of Establishment: Minor Achyon Expansion - Military Barracks

Building Purpose: Affordable housing for soldiers (ideally an Achyon's Hand guild-locked warper to the actual lots) with a reasonable number of lots. Basically a more specialised apartment complex.

Area Description: An impressive multistoried apartment block for the brave, loyal soldiers of Achyon's Hand.

Characters Involved: Lucy is the planner, Marcel Delisle in the Bankroller. Technically -by association- the entirety of Achyon's Hand
