It's stupid tbh, the spell was made completely useless but the spell is needed for the beam. It's sad that you have to spend 35 rpp for a damageless teleport and a bunch of balloons to bounce off of you as you laugh only to get a beam that does average damage for 15 more rpp.

Hopefully this is like Unarmed and it gets reworked/fixed in the future, though as light stands? It's now one of the weakest trees in the game despite being a specialization of a specialization.
