Nerf Light. Its too strong.

Being hit with scattering lights after nerf is laughable. Barely 5% of my hp tanking the entire spell, if 5% even. (This is with invigorate.)

If I were light I would refund, 0 point to the spell now hopefully this has soothed whatever qualms you had. Now all these people can refund for 15 rpp for a spell that does even more than pre-nerf scattering lights, I can't wait to see the next thread for what they buy next.
