can we have the Aggressive setting always 100% temporarily injure the victim so that if i get into a position of power i can actually RP someone going "thats it im teaching your punk ass a lesson" when someone lower in RPL insults me.......

insubordination soldiers you dont want to kill or throw in prison but just punish!
bad children who talk mad smack to adults that are 100 RPL ahead of them!
people who are dumb and think openly talking about how bad they think the leadership is in said leaderships city in front of the leadership is a good idea. 50+ times.
