The Firing Squad

Construction can be heard in the plaza of Achyon. Stalls move out of the way as men toil about in building a rather classic wooden stage. 
Word travels that a certain white hooded man came into the city, bloody, beaten by the hands of an excelling Corporal. All knew what the stage meant:
Execution.
However, of note, the Commander and Captains of Achyon's Hand can be seen leaving the city proper and heading somewhere entirely obscure.
Energy pulsates along the western edges of Esshar- As though the very world was tearing in two.
The firing squad has taken position in the plaza, but the white robbed Radiant is no where to be seen.

A decoy...?
South, in a particular clearing of the forest with tens of soldiers standing guard, can the wanes in the air be felt.
