The building is already made, just looking to upgrade it with more rooms and an upgraded area with more space. Plus, the outside being upgraded to show off a bit more greenery, a fence to show off the area of what is the property and what's not. Not to mention to give a better aesthetic pleasure.

(The black line is basically where the fence should generally be. Not to mention the outside to be given a bit more greenery (plants, and maybe a few sakura trees)
