Word would begin to scatter around. Those who visited the cafe would see construction being done. Things being removed. Though if anyone were to ask. The workers would respond to the message given.
"Well new boss new ways. The Cafe is turning into something else apparently. Ah. The boss said that the whole maid thing wasn't his cup of tea. Though he said what is coming will be much more open to everyone. Something grand. Also about doing some kind of event. Told me tell people to start writing books now. Seems he got big plans for everyone."
The men would go back to work.
Some could even say banners being put together. It was the start of something amazing.
