The finale was by far the most difficult, despite facing off against formidable dragonhunters and the machinations of the Astor House - The group set out beyond mountain Tarian for the fortress of the Red God. It is there they're buffeted by supernatural winds, a blood duel of brothers occurs to open the gate, and they explore the endless cavern where the dragon of fury sleeps, learning of the death of loved ones and the hope for new life in a cursed egg. At the end of it all they face off against the Red God, managing to survive his challenge of sixty seconds, though not without a third of the group leaving with life threatening injuries - or perhaps trophies? 

And a certain rumor is whispered beyond the temple...  

Balmung has been reforged into a weapon that may very well claim the world for dragonkind.
