☼ - Chancellor Yoshiko Taiyang has declared Starfall where her Shrine is located to be neutral ground. Diplomatic meetings and anything related may be held here with her permission. 

☼ - Those wishing to be apart of the Irradiated or learn of the religion may contact Yoshiko via messenger bird or visit her at the shrine in question. She is currently taking students who want to learn the religious techniques that she possesses.

☼ - Looking for work? House Taiyang is definitely looking for anyone who is lost and would like to do something with their future. Find Yoshiko or Haruki Taiyang!

☼ - In addition to being a neutral ground, Achyon, Moxtli Tribes, Osrona, Fireblooded, and Everyone else is allowed on Starfall and in the shrine without question. Keep hostilities off of the island.
