Name of Establishment: Snake Oil Docks (Nysea)



Building Purpose:Establishing a port under the name of Snake Oil at the town of Nysea, allowing for more RP flavor/foreign trade at the growing town, add a dock structure or two to rent, for some Seaside properties. Also, potentially add an NPC ferryman that'll take coin to ferry a player to Illsburg, or vice versa, claim he works for Snake Oil.



Area Description: A bustling little port made of wrought stone and steel, the heart of healthy industry and innovation beats behind these humble docks.



Characters Involved: Adder, Boa, the unfortunate citizens of Nysea who agree this would be cool to add to the village.



Map Progress / Plans: There is no map in progress, and will likely need assistance to have it made. I have an ideal location that is perfect on said map, but I didn't wish to seek out a mapper to try and make anything, until the plan was approved. With luck, this'll be the first of many additions to Nysea in Snake Oil's name. Figured this would be a good time, given the map discussions currently taking place.
