Led by the Red Witch, Nebula, and Henrietta, a ritual to pull in a meteorite from the sky begins. Sensing remnants of life found within the floating titan, a faint calling, the Twilight Coven devised a plan to release it.
The Meteorite was drawn in a ritual of violet magic, harnessing its power. The blood of the space entity is black, and it is life. The rare, illusive creature known as the Mimic, a shapeshifting creature would soon be born. First the group call upon the Dopplegangers- Taking the spirits of the recently deceased warriors, Serea, Asta, and Pericles. Then the battle begun, as fragments of the Meteorite fell to the land, ichorous creatures slipping out from inbetween.
By the end of it, and the ritual's peak, Nebula proclaimed herself Elaide, and took her own life to bring the Meteorite home. The Mistseer Ella was sacrificed during it. A beacon and a calling. The Mimics within the vessel were awoken wit h this spark of life.
A brave gathering of magi formed to prevent its impact, standing as a blockade between the impact and certain doom. They blow it up together, shattering the structure into a thousand pieces that crack against the land and ocean of Esshar...
Many hundreds of Mimics flee from the crash site, with only one goal in mind: To seek out the Dopplegangers, the head of their hivemind.
