Name of Establishment: Soaring Phoenix Ship, the Grand Stallion

Building Purpose: This is just a minor expansion to add in bedrooms to 'Rent' since the entire guildhouse cannot be placed under ownership for chest and edits. Due to the nature of the crew all being rogue and not associated with any particular settlement. They, or rather the important figures from the Captain, and the two Vice Wings, need something more than a common area to rest and store personal belongings as well as ship goods. (True Goal is 3 rooms, but 5 total would be best for the players involved as I do not want to alienate the people below the rank of Vice Wing.)

Area Description: Just THREE simple bed rooms, all having a very cheap cost for rent. If possible, we would like 2 additional rooms for those loyalist below the rank of Vice Wing to share a space and not cause trouble from any past pirating acts while on land. 

Characters Involved: The Entire Crew. 
Map Progress / Plans: I currently do not have a map made, but I will contact the ships mapper upon approval if allowed.
