Name of Settlement: Osilot

Area Description: This land is only known by few before its discovery by the Soaring Phoenix. With the land known, the people in the inner circle claimed part of the island from going on a dangerous mission, though even with part of it claimed, it could still be dangerous. The island itself houses many Biomes, but the most notable ones are the Jungle towards the back of the island, the snowy mountain, the grasslands, and the beaches. As far as the eyes can see, is actual size is unknown, through many cave systems over the place, to even some of the unexplored parts of the island. Though, the capital city, Osilot will be placed on the grasslands near the beach on the western side.  This is an island off the coast of Esshar in neutral grounds of the sea, but not as easily seen from the coast due to 

Laws: There are normal laws, but the most custom ones need to be more explained.

Religion: No set religion, but will adopt the Star's religion somewhat, 

Characters Involved: Uri, Esbern, Astrid, Xyth, Erehn, Jamey, Rang, Raq,The Azar family and a few others.

Map Progress / Plans: I'll make it myself, but it will start as a small place, only to have areas that are to be expanded on when we have events to expand icly for more land to conquer (OOCly the island is still there.)

Can also make this as just a settlement on the mainland if Icly approved)

Bumping this for Mutes. We're working together on this. To make a small island settlement by any means. It doesn't have to be far from the current map, just, someplace within the water, and will be the permanent docking area for the Soaring Phoenix Ship and build up from there. 

If we can get information on simply buying an island alone then make the purchase for the settlement, or something along the lines, please list the conditions within a reply.    We plan to make a lot of player-inspired lore in the years of development of the said island.

How To Get There: By Boat of course... There will be an npc just for that, a Ferryman... One that will replace my current Entry npc for my ship. While the ship npc would be placed at the docks of Osilot or its beach.

Price: 60,000!
