With the destruction of Drakanspire, the Titan had fallen ill.

The people of Pscaela had witnessed the wrath of Athelios first hand, and the attempted smiting of Melos dul Vique, and it did not end as they expected it to. He defied it, and stood through the worst of it - awakening as more than before.

With the new awakening, addressing his people had been the next logical step.

Seble Nyarabia due to her constant disregard of my law, has been stripped of her titles and is imposed a tax of a million coins for her usage of the temporal fissure without my permission. If she were not to pay, she is to leave by the end of the year.

Ghislaine le Tonnelier, is my direct secretary - should you need anything and I am not available, you will speak to her; that ensures your requests get to me unaltered.
