 An official missive is released by The Steward of Serenity following the announcement from Delphina

By order of the Steward.

The Kingdom of Serenity Outlaws the Contracting of Ogre Time Mercenary Services for the forseeable future.

Allowing further engagement of Coin Transaction with those who would aid the Fel Forces stands in clear violation of all that the Hunters of Serenity Stand for.

The City Guardians will henceforth bar entry to any who take up their standard.
