✧ Zho the Sable, following Beatrice Okabe's stepping down from the mantle, has taken over the position as the ultimate authority in Viritas, becoming its first Lord Vicarian.
✧ Following her 'retirement' as head of state, Beatrice is lowered to the position of 'Viceroy' and second-in-command, although continuing to use her official title of Curator in lieu of it.
✧ Internal restructuring of the city's hierarchy has begun in the wake of the recent changes in leadership. Further news will follow in the coming months.
✧ Following the controversial ritual to purge the traces of the Sage of Ruin's corruption from the former lands of Londo, rumor of the sacrilegious acts which occurred therein begin to spread.
