Caethir's Anniversary Ball

As of 2161, the State of Caethir has been a decade in the making.
There were many struggles, but even more triumphs in the past ten years. As such, it is only natural there be a celebration. The settlement's usual hustle an bustle of materials for projects and defense preparation have been replaced with carts of decorations, the nearby farms in full gear to prepare for what will hopefully be an abundance of guests.

Festivities
The ball will begin with a speech on Caethir's history, in addition to the recognition of notable contributions, and a few well-deserved promotions.
