Sent: Initial force of 20 soldiers backed up by golems- a mixture of synthetics and mortals. (10k)

Word of the long-abandoned cavern exhibiting signs of temporal anomalies has sparked interest from the Goldlight Order, with the proximity of the site to the overwatched shadowlands prompting a response in force. A base camp begins to take shape as they prepare to delve it's extents and chart the anomaly - drones being sent out ahead of mortals for the safety of those involved. Experience and information learned from a prior trek into the underdark pays off, advanced descent methods planned and prepared for.

It will be some time before they are properly entrenched, but the Order seems intent on a thorough exploration- and if need be, containment.

Though possibly concerning, this region represents an opportunity for the continued prosperity of the Order, and by extent, the republic as a whole. We are the best equipped to handle such a place.  This anomaly will be studied and understood, and harvested.
