The phoenix valley buzzes with activity as the settlement of Caethir continues its construction. First infrastructure appears, then soon after that a series of watch towers are constructed. Smoke rises over the horizon as the sun beats down upon the land. It seems years of fending off intruders has made survivors and militants of the Caetheri.

• Several structures have been constructed over the course of the past two years within the center of the town, linking the paved street in a harmonious blend of urban and rural.
  
• Recruitment efforts for the Azure Order have yielded fruits as Ilkhana has finally been elevated to be its Knight-commander. The ranks of the order have also been bolstered by several new prominent recruits.
  
• The Seat of the Steward has been filled by the appointment of Kieru upon it. Those seeking to do trade with the princedom or citizens who wish to offer ideas for events that might be hosted, are welcome to contact him!

• The Princedom’s first caste of landed nobles have been elevated recently, to serve as stewards of parts of the princedom on behalf of the princes of Caethir.
  

• The Covenant was published, a series of royal laws which have gone into effect upon the publishing of the prince’s great work.
  
• Military infrastructure has seen a great increase within the Princedom as a series of Watch towers have been constructed along its border. Platoons of soldiers have been seen patrolling along the trails which have formed a ring around the capital.
