From when the Yynglan'yi Empires able-bodied people landed until now, there was little in the way of a public position taken. Instead it seems their forces spread through outwards and dwindled, all information kept private. Still standing tall however is Serpents' Crown, a singular tower with a square in the shape of a snakes face. Being released out from its gate is a mass of public information, offered after recent events.

• The Caretaker of Serpents' Crown, Silas, is the prime authority figure of the settlement, leaving all matters that deal with the area under him.
  

• With the stagnation of the High Lords and Ladies, the caste system has found itself being unused.
  

• Territorial at their core, the quarry and caves beneath the tower have been deemed the property of Serpents' Crown, all intrusions with no permission under scrutiny.
  
  
• Visitors are welcome from all sides, Fel or those of the Republic, nobody is found unwelcome other then a select few, however it is known that majority of those that hang around the tower touch upon undesirable matters. E.g. The Caretaker is a known Riftmancer, and War Criminal is a known Necromancer of Azrael.
  P.s.  No promises are made on visitor safety by other visitors or those staying at the tower, and a few specific individuals might find their self under attack, Aeric, Kalione, alongside others that would know.

Sightings of Serpents and Skeletons can be seen near Aquantio, the tree and vigil next to it coming under an aspiring gaze.
