A little over half a decade has passed since Franz Erbe and Ads have decided to settle the land south of the Phoenix’s island. Since then, what had started out as a lonely tent or two has grown into a nascent settlement of several dozen magi and permanent constructions.

• Construction work of the Princedom’s first permanent structure, has finally yielded fruits, and the center of the town has at last been paved with paths of stone.
  
  
• The town’s militia has officially been dissolved, replaced with the Azure Order which is currently being proto-lead by Dame Ilkhana.
  
  
• The Prince Franz is actively seeking people of specialized skills in order to fill important positions. Those with advanced medical skills, advanced artificery, runecrafting and wayfinding are encouraged to come visit the settlement. There is also a need for Arcanists!
  

• Foreign dignitaries are welcome to visit the settlement in order to discuss diplomatic terms and potential agreements.
  

• The princes are always accepting donations of funds and materials in order to further develop the settlement through the construction of more advanced infrastructure and the construction of more buildings.
  

• A series of trials will be offered to those who wish to have a chance at being anointed as knights of the princedom. Those of the militia, and foreigners interested in this prospect are invited to contact Franz Erbe in this regard.
  
  
• Erika McAlister was appointed as the first true member of the royal court as its diplomat and official ambassador to act and speak on behalf of the crown’s interests when in foreign lands.
