Papers were distributed across Meranthe, avoiding areas likely to be overrun with Fel..or so it was hoped by the person that put the papers on. It was safe to say.. It primarily targeted the areas such as Delphina, Gloomlight, Xuefeng, Arcadia, and even Serenity.

Currently there are total of three commission taking place. Which each are different compare to another. For those that are interested are encourage to directly give Atlas Equisol or Fran Garijn a call.
