Inheritors of a Dream

Within the confines of the Amamiya's mental space, which usually resides upon the moon, overlooking the endless expanse of space, and Eternia, the former Mephan decides to take a voyage throughout her memories.

She observes the ruined terrain of her birthplace,
quickly snapping throughout the moments she shared with her family.

Within her Uncle's workshop. Being embraced by her father as she spoke of an order of Valkyries, 
And how could she forget? The days before, she was a failure, and a mistake to have believed in.

She laid within the ruins of her homeland, but she still observes the visage,

Of herself, and her brother sparring as children, just beyond the farm, by their Uncle's house. Their entire family in observation of the twins,

Which, she of course finds it a good idea to challenge her mother, and demand her best.

 On the very day,

A star was born

"Do I still have time to become - something more than my mistakes, and failures?"

"I could say I was just a kid, and I didn't know what I was doing - I still don't."

"I should know better, I should do better, I should be better, I should..."

"I'm still fresh on my journey, my journey to achieve enlightenment."

"To be at peace with my place in this world, and find balance between creation, and destruction."

"I've been spreading the word my father wrote,"

"And the wisdom of the sisters since I was twelve."

"I'd go to Xuefeng, and speak about them to Asashi. Endlessly, I'd preach."

"What about my word? What about my wisdom? What can I impart to this world before I go?"
"I'd be a fool to make so much mistakes and have learned no wisdom from it all, and I have ... Learnt. And I'm still learning.

"But my journey to enlightenment isn't about what the world wants, or thinks."

"If  I wanna find peace, and achieve enlightenment, that has to be something that starts with me."

"I can't blame the past, my family, or my trauma. I need to take accountability for being me."
"I really gotta thank my grandma, for letting me be me. She is the only thing in this world, that makes me happy."
