Shiri Shi Shigenobu is the Goddess of Justice, Law, and Governance, however this is a false premise, Shiri Shi Shigenobu was not literally a goddess at the time of his death, therefore, in death, she would be bestowed the title of "False God of Justice, Laws, and Governance". She was a being to be revered, respected, and never spoken in vain. 

This is objectively false, as there is zero (?) PC support. This lore is rejected.
Something similar to this would be expected to be an active character movement, documented and shared in-game rather than the forum.
