The Grand Design’s rank has been silenced without its Architect for a long decade and a half.

Yet, their work had not concluded, and many had joined together for a singular purpose:

Retrieving what was lost.

Arcane rites, metaphysical shifts, and radiant displays of devotion and faith have aided the gone-away False Angel, Na’Ria, through the tumultuous and harrowing experience of Death’s grip upon her soul.

A soul, defeated in a bygone dimension, thought lost by many as her heart was torn asunder; a soul, shattered by the clutches of the very same foe the Archon had devoted her second life to redeeming.

A soul, by all means, that should have succumbed and truly died, crumbling to ephemeral dust in the wake of impossibility after impossibility.

Yet, a story continues, even here and now.

It had been penned by the Authorship, the next chapter in this soul of hers– through the narrative weave she had touched upon, and through myriad impossibilities she had made into reality.

She had stepped so close to the mantle of true godhood, and as such, Death was not truly the end for one as her;

sheathed as her form now rests, the frayed and spent parchment continues to unravel as the Storyteller’s Exordium is altered, recovered from, and used as a protective barrier for the vulnerable, slumbering conscience of the Archon to rest beneath and under.

Even if she would no longer be the Archon, nor would she be recognizable as anything but her inheritor,

a promise had been made, and through this spent life and her next, it would be kept.

She would not fade.

Through Creation,

through Knowledge,

through Sacrifice,

a new being is ready to emerge from the cocooning shield of feathers and parchment,

starting from a new paradigm, one that she had spent two lives striving towards.
