Extinction (Certain Death)

Some would find that for once in the many passing years of the Nest, it looked to be at its most active. However while such found preparations for war, much of it looked to be made clear as things were being stored away and packed. The Egg most of all could be seen in the Commander's care, as much was being moved over.

 

For years these lands were my home, I have watched many Drakanite kin of old and young find comfort in these lands. It was something that put much of a smile on my face than anything else. But the time grows dark, the likes of death creep close upon our borders.

The me of years ago would stand ground, fight to the last man and feel pride that in the end we did not yield to the likes of monsters. But such wars have humbled me, the loss of many good drakanites and warriors who swore under my leadership now mark many urns. Their sacrifice remembered forever more to ensure the safety of our own kin.

So in that honor, I shall see to find the best for my own people and it is for that.... we shall find comfort in the snow

With the help of proficient way finders, many were able to find evacuation, looking to save the lives of those who remained under his lands. For what would come of their home, it was the Herald herself to raise the earth from such dangers.
