Please read the Guidelines concerning the In-Character Forum: https://chronicles-of-eternia.com/forum/...ml#pid9873
Specifically,
Country-wide messages that characters can't actively interact with aren't the purpose of the forum. You want to roleplay these things in-game / have others respond in the moment, as there's no viable method for this dialogue to spread to anyone ICly. There is no 'mass telepathy / letters / etc' power available to your character (or most / all), so this is essentially internal monologue/meta.
Specifically,
Quote:'Public' announcements must be kept to the kingdom your character lives in. Generally, if attempting to send a message to other characters (or entire factions) that aren't based in your own, you should do so in-game, by having someone deliver a message in roleplay or making it yourself. There are many people who roleplay couriers and messengers specifically for this purpose.
Quote:Do not make a post if it has no way of being public (such as internal monologue). You also don't want to roleplay over the forums back and forth, keep it in-game.
