Extinction (Certain Death)

Year 2136 AC

Located within a glade in the Arcadian forest, the Radiant and Champion of Alacritas prepared an unusual circle. Poppylus seeds were sown, along with mushroom spores in its middle. An arrangement that would remind the conception of a fairy ring. Similar to the myth, where it would be said that fairies would gather in a dance and make these circular growths.

Indeed, the topic of fairies were the spotlight of this ritual, where the Radiant explained their origins, their attributes, and their goals. In the making of the circle that wouldact as a beacon to send their call, many people attending the ritual were invited to share something that could please fairies. Be it, goodwill, kindness, flower arrangements, arts, songs, amusing stories, and even their worries. Even from the different origins of the people attending the ritual, there was one common aspiration to achieve : survive, live, and help their people. Some of the attendees have witnessed the strength of the first attack and witnessed the fall of the Citadel already, having a glimpse of the opponents Meranthe will have to face.

Across the donations, a bouquet of Lumin flowers were issued, along with a Chiron being a fragment of a star. Incense was prepared through an exotic recipe : imbued with white oil, the incense was super-charged with Aether aspected to Life herself. The ritual concluded with a massive intensification of the living energies that traveled though the forest, as the Radiant flew above the canopy to imbue the fragrance of the charged incense with the prayers and the blessings the people attending have provided. One final prayer to call upon the Constant of Life to transmit their pleas to the World Tree, and request the assistance of the fairies to protect the people of Arcadia, but also the Voice of Alacritas burried within the crystalline cocoon in the Garden of the Atrium of White.

Will the World Tree answer their pleas ? Time will tell. If not ? On a best case, the forest would be blessed to revigorate the defenders of Life and Harmony, while weakening those who sow Death and Dissonance. And, at worse ? Hopefully, this ritual may protect the defenders to be dessacrated by the atrellyan's vile magic should they fall.

A ritual has been made within the Forest of Arcadia in an attempt to reinforce the defenses while also weakening the attackers. The results of such ritual made by the Radiant and Champion of Alacritas may vary. But ideally, perhaps the World Tree could lend her help. If not, then the environnement's blessing could at least provide an advantage for Humanity against the Fel. And in the worst case, hopefully the losses and the injuries may not provide strength to the attackers due to the sacralization of the people living in Arcadia. The effects and the success of the ritual is up to the DM according to the RP's and the materials provided :

Later that day, the Keeper Mitra Prithvi was struck in inspiration from the goodwill and the help received from the Lumin King and the friends of the Carnation District.

But tragedy strikes as the scouts announce an incoming detachment of the Atrellyan forces readying their move to march upon Arcadia. To triple the efforts of the volunters of the defenders, the Keeper and his relatives have given a generous donation of the following goods and coins to motivate the workers to ready the defenses in time :
