At the beginning of the trial the jury member chosen by Midpoint was checked through a divination ritual.

 

The jury member, Eloise Loire, was confirmed a witch, confessed this to be true and was arrested.

 

The trial of Aaliyah Tal then proceeded, with the jury delivering the sentence:

In a vote of 6 to 3,
Aaliyah Tal was given the sentence Penance.

Dal'thala, Prospera and Xuefeng representatives voted for Execution.
  
"Many were of the opinion that she had to
work her sins off in service of the greater good."
   
"The rest is yet to be decided.
Her overall goal however is to help aid the combat against
the undead in different ways, from creating wards to weapons."

     

After the proceedings contentions broke out, with individuals stating their disagreement.

 

The undead of Aaliyah Tal, due to be cleansed by the remnants of Solais, was attacked due to this angerment.
