I think it’s because while rooted you’re still allowed to use spells, since it isn’t a stun, so trying to dash, like most other spells, will just put it on CD. Same thing with fatal strike etc. I dont mind it, just kinda see it as your char using energy to try and break out only to go “well fuck”
