In light of recent occurrences, the Proto Institute puts out a formal announcement regarding their political standing. It is sent through a broad spectrum of transceivers, as well as the announcement systems within the Proto Institute.

• The Neo-Synthetic Dawn is at hand, with the recent progress of the Proto Institute towards a new generation of Synthetics proceeding apace.
  
• The Dryden Industries are still recruiting, and it seems the entrepreneurial spirit of the city is lively.
  
• The City has also largely amplified its offering of products, and it seeks sponsors for new projects daily!
  
• The Ares Unit also found large success after the slaying of one Imperfect, Eranath, under the hands of Ares-1 Monarch.
  
• Additionally, following recent altercations with the people of Gloomlight, their presence is thereafter banned, subject to exceptions under the Founder's orders.
