Key/Character: Christophore Garijn
Which Event: Unveiling Ancient Mysteries

Responsiveness: Nothing to complain here, things came in a reasonable timeframe

Balance: There are some new DM growing pains here. The bars you used seemed fine, but in some rounds I felt specificly targeted for too long, while I was just doing a full 360 from corners to corners and still being chased.

Storytelling: You gave out a good story. Presentation could have been overall a little better in a few places however. I blame the length of the event for that.

Fairness: Much like Fantasy said, I think there is the biggest issue here. While I think the idea of ramping up wounds until they become perms is neat, the whole package of how was not entirely there. Personaly, I'd not throw solutions to puzzles where perms can be a consequence for everyone at the same time a few rooms behind us for example.

Map/Sprites choices: While I enjoyed them, I think you might have put focus on them just a little too much. For your own sanity, I'd not recomend trying to map out every single room you throw us in, at least if we are going to be in them for about 1 or two posts at least.

Overall: You got some inexperience and it shows. You have the ideas but are a little lacking in execution. I'd recommend to trimming some of the fat of your event length. For example, when we fell into a trap very early on, you described us falling for it, us responding, then describing what happened to us, then we got back to the usual. You put it yourself that by the time some people could do something to counteract, we'd be back again. In those kind of scenarios, where you determine that players can't reasonably change an outcome, it'll be better to just put the falling for it, what happens to the trapped and being spat out in one post instead of 2-3. It'll speed thing along by a while to do that. Just be careful not to cutscene people into things they could reasonably change the outcome of.

I would also perhaps suggest to co-DM with someone sometimes, to get a bit more field experience and to see how other people do their events, to see what you can yoink into your own style.
