Event: Ualdir's Relic: Chapter One

Character: Eivor

Narrations: Super fast , as usual. Very good pacing tbh, felt like event hasn't been going on for long even after multiple hours.

Balance: All three fights were well balanced. Fun, too... we managed to pull off a Rasendori combo on the poor EC.

Story: The festival plot-line was sweet. And I liked the entire concept of hunting for the relics; each spirit having its own "mini game" before the fight was also a good touch. And on a somewhat related note, the injuries given were awesome. Overall, pretty great. Only thing I maybe wanted more of were the interactive elements; perhaps engaging with the tribesmen some more, or the Tilkis.

Fairness: We got lucky ngl, having high rolls after high rolls despite going down multiple times. Two small perms were still given, but rewards more than worth it.

Overall: Fun, engaging, with great fights and flavorful injuries. And I got to be Viking batshit crazy. Hell yeah

Which Event: Ualdir's Relic: Chapter One

Responsiveness: No complaints here. It's one of Mal's strong points after all. 10/10.
Balance: Some of the fights were fun, they were engaging. In fact, some of the best RP came as a result from the mechanics involved in each fight. But it doesn't change the fact that sometimes it felt way too punishing. I think Hina went down every single round because she didn't have an answer to some of the spells used, which was a shame. 8/10.
Storytelling: The festival plotline was sweet. It felt personal. Mal outdid himself here. Like I said earlier, some of the best RP came from the fights. Every NPC/EC felt unique. The Sand Serpent, the Skydrifter and the Shadow Fox. Chef's kiss. So, 11/10.
Fairness: We got two 5-vit perms, but the rewards were more than worth it. 11/10.
Overall: Like Shanal said, it was a fun and engaging event with flavorful injuries and rewards. Overall, a good event with its share of ups and downs.

Which Event: Living Today Loving Today

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Mal very speedy with his replies, no complaints here.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): We had some certified arena moments, ngl. He also triple tapped me with meteor fist Sad

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): I have not yet cried at an Eternia event. Mal ruined that for me today. Thanks, Mal. Seriously though you threw me for a fucking loop with this one. I did not come emotionally prepared.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?) My event curse made itself known again today, and it cost me an eye. But I cannot blame him for that, things were as far as fair can be. I got some cool shit outta it, and great dev.

Overall: solid 9/10

Any other comments: I AM STILL FUCKING CRYING MAL

Which Event: Living Today, Loving Today

Responsiveness(Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Good narrates and replies for the entire event.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?):  First round of the first fight was wack for balance, but then with some slight adjustments it went well.

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): It started as a physical journey to a place, but then it became a spiritual journey that sook the entire Trauma-Filled Party.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): Didnt get hit with any (Cosmic go brrrr), but from what I saw of the others, it went pretty well and made for some good dev. Challenge wise, it matched pretty well for what was got from the adventure.

Overall: 10/10

Any other comments: First event I have ever gone on, and it was great.  It was emotional and powerful to go through, especially the closing half.

Which Event: Living Today, Loving Today

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Pretty fast. The only narrates we had to wait on were well worth it. No complaints.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): We only had a slight hiccup at the very start, but I can't hold that against someone. Otherwise, the balance was really good, and the fights were fun (even if we had to fight two AoE build ECs with FOUR MELEES OF FIVE PARTY MEMBERS YOU FUCKING FIEND)

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): WHY DO YOU MAKE ME CRY SO MUCH
FUCK
ahem
I expected funky weirdo beast shenanigans and I got jumped by emotional damage. Mal already makes me cry a lot and this one was worse. Love you, 0/10, please stop killing me.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): I didn't get KO'd, so I can't comment on the fairness on injuries on my end this time- but only one perm was handed out, and it was minor. We balled hard, and the rewards were pretty spicy.

Overall: 10/10

Any other comments: I'm gonna go cry now.

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?):
There wasn't really any down time this entire event, I was so tired and cranky if there was I would've been a lil bitch about it.
Yet mal was always posting within less than 5-10 mins of us
10/10
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?):
mal likes to be a little goofy and throw a strong r1 at us, but a lot of the balance (I went down often)
felt moreso like a case of us mainly being a party of up close and personal people.
I think it was fine, first event so I can't really say what a good balance is.
8/10
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?):
Oh my god shevaun is lucky, I am going to beg and plead and whine for mal to do my event because I trust him so much now,
VERY involved narrative that took note of everyone and adapted to what we said rather than just a hard outline.
10/10
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?)
I got a perm where I would've in a regular fight, if not more lenient, and a fairly good reward thats anotha ten outta ten right there
10/10

Responsiveness(Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Good narrates and replies for the entire event.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?):  R1 with the cold was like Chuggums with HP++: We got absolutely squished. After that, though, everything was much more balanced

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): It definitely felt like an adventure, I knew we would get to the top but the way to get there was completely unexpected. Very creative, I liked it!

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): The injuries were definitely justified (my jobbing earned me a temp), and my reward for it was great.

Overall: 10/10

Any other comments: Probably the most fantastic event i've been involved in in any BYOND RP game. Can't wait to go on more!

YES! It felt like a freakin' horror film! Everything, the build up, to the final boss was... is kissing gay? CUZ I'D KISS CRINTER FOR THAT! 10/10

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?)
Yes, very much so, balancing was very on point. 10/10

Keep DMng, but don't let it drain you! EVER! You're amazing at it, but just always take care of yourself first. I know we ended late, but shit... you did one hell of a job.

Which Event: Fayre's event

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Very quick! It was nice with how quick the narrates dropped after he said he was narrating, didn't have to wait long at all.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): The fights were difficult but also not impossible. He changed targets according to IC for each fight, too!

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): The story of us going in the shadowlands and encountering shades that had history with one of the former Oracles was neat, as it tied into a perm that Fayre received, and also tied into IC with me and the last EC.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): Extremely fair!

Overall: 10/10

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): 10/10 it felt like the reponses came at a decent time after everyone had finished typing especially for the amount of people participating.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): 10/10  I found them pretty fun, and scary as living hell when I seen the monsters face me

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): my favorite part surprisingly, I expected something much simpler and got more then what I expected 11/10
