a hotkey that instantly kills jumpy when pressed. only works on jumpy .

Would be a nice QoL change. I'll see if it's possible with our 2011 inventory UI code.

if this is added, I really hope it's only added after the hotkeys are fixed. we don't need yet another un-assignable key for an unnecessary qol change.
