Name of Establishment:
The Waystone

Building Purpose:
To continue serving as a neutral trade hub for all, an auction house, and as a base of operations for various Guilds, including but not limited to The Network.

Area Description:
A large marketplace, the premier auction house of Esshar. Originally just a small shop that transformed into a grand marketplace hub over the generations. Often hosts auctions for prized findings.

Characters Involved:
Majin mir Okabe, Leonidas ven Grimmore, Jude Cirque, (more)

Requesting:
- Additional rooms, including a set of VIP suites.
- A 'Staff-Only' area in the form of a Cellar.

Map Progress/Plans:
Looking for a mapper, but can probably get one pretty easily.

Name of Establishment: Fairy District (Osrona)

Area Description: A small hedge enclosing three rather tiny fairy houses which could be considered smaller than some dollhouses that the locals have hidden inside their massive manors. For some reason, the buggy creatures of Osrona such as butterflies and Wasps tend to congregate here. This is a place for fairies to gather in safety.

Characters Involved: Sting, Eisele rei Petrakis, Ranym, (Others)

Requesting:
- Three fairy-sized homes with a few internal crop plots and cute mechanics if possible. If a human tries to enter give cute text like "The doorway is extremely tiny... Like why even try to go inside?"
- Little hedge surrounding the three houses.
- Maybe a couple more butterflies dotted about the area for fluff.

Map Progress / Plans: I would require a mapper, this is new territory for me. (I pray the old spires fae home resources are still kicking around.)

Name of Establishment: The Family Tree

Area Description: A increase in farm plot size + a small cottage/ outdoor smithy to the west of the shop with the main room and 2 small rooms.

Characters Involved: Maple Grace, Sigurd Grace.

Requesting: A slight increase of land owned by the Family Tree cafe (extension of land towards the west) and a small building.

Name of the settlement     
The Undercity (Expansion.)

Settlement purpose     
The purpose of this was originally from Volition. However, the purpose of it is to get away from the outside politics and do something new. Ultimately, it will be used by criminals and others that want to hide and commit nefarious acts. Eventually, I would like to bring back a surge for magitech and other things that may be cool when everything comes together.

Area description     
An undercity that is slowly coming to life. A place where the potential for endless expansion and other nefarious deals can be made filled with underground sources and a place for the low lives can strive. Even though there is 'freedom', there is still an overwhelming influence from those far sinister.

Characters involved     
Quite a few: Aquila Yakim, Graham Hakulous, Anansi (Arasi), Ashlynn Belmonte, Artemisia pyr Docro and her retainers and workers, Sylas, REMI, Samuel Irvin, and a few others.

Map progress     
I believe now would be the time to hire Moonlight/Missperson back. They know what to do.

Plan     
1) To add more lots to the place and reorganize it to be comfy.
2) Add an underground blood pit for the legendary blood sports.
3) A 'tavern' for underground fiascos and amazing bar fights hosted by the Docros.
4) A shady place for ideas as well as cleaning it up to make it look presentable.
5) Make it easier to access from the sewers.

Conclusion                  
Extra additions can be handled in the future. For now, I just want it mapped out to look cute and a place to vibe and do underhanded mischief with others involved.

As for Budget, well, I'm sitting on 120k. Might ask for a loan if needed.

Name of Establishment:
New Achyon Fortress


Area Description: A repair job on the ruins of the old fort of Achyon, rebuilt by the efforts of the Xi Squadron, for the sake of progress, and furthering their visions for the future.

Characters Involved: Ewald R., Kirin, Mina Deckard, Kisyt + 9 others

Requesting: A restoration of the main fort (nothing much else at the time being, aside from maybe making the courtyard less destroyed?), restoring its interior to inhabitable conditions, to be a base of operations for the Xi (for now).

Elysia (expansion from fortress into city, removal of Asphodel)

The Asphodel Meadows are a section of the ancient Greek underworld where ordinary souls are sent to live after death. The Elysian Fields are a conception of the afterlife that developed over time, where only mortals related to the gods and other heroes could be admitted. They would remain at the Elysian Fields after death, to live a blessed and happy life, and indulge in whatever employment they had enjoyed in life.

Unifying the fortress and city into a singular location to be expanded upon over time, the beginnings of a new city emerge from the materials of an aged one—on top of a hearty additional surplus of money, a city to serve as the golden heart of the empire-to-be.

A small city to branch out south from the Elysian fortress following the removal of Asphodel from the map. Additions/changes include:

- A small marketplace to both move all of Asphodel's existing stalls to (as well as things like the Essharan Merchant) and to serve as a central roleplay hub as the Osronan marketplace does.
- Two larger player homes, four smaller ones, and a medium sized apartment complex to surround the market, as well as a decent sized inn (taken straight from Asphodel) to occupy the entryway and pepper a few of the remaining stalls around (as the market is somewhat small).
- A small, two room expansion to the fortress. First, a throne room with one royal throne and four court thrones (similar to Asphodel's current setup, but not as expansive of a room) that serves as the fort's new entry room, with the existing entry room beyond a further door. Second, stairs from the throne room to a small basement dungeon.
- A small elevated park with cute benches and flora.
- Walls demarcating the city (and protecting it from assault).
- Move the Asphodel spawn and rename it to "Elysia."
- Make the Elemental Imbalance quest accessible without moving through Elysian territory (probably with a boat).
