Name of Establishment: The Docro Estate (expansion)
Building purpose: The home of the infamous Docro famiglia, its associates and countless employees for over seventy years, as well as all of the various illicit activities they engage in. With the semi-recent destruction of Pauper and abandonment of Asphodel, the crowds that bustle about its grounds have increased in their frequency.
Area Description: The interior of the manor can remain unchanged, but having some expansions to the exterior to it feels more like a proper faction area would likely be a good idea. A few more buildings, benches, maybe exterior tables to provide more of an rp hub. Make it something of a proper town square... More hamlet than just a mansion. Addition of stalls as well, since with Pauper's destruction there's not really any immediately available now.
Addendum to above: Increase the interior manor arena by exactly one tile in each dimension.

Tower upgrade - "The estate of three families."
Family Names: Cresentis / Chrono /Aldes Family Manor
Building Purpose: It will be the area where families live together and where future generations are expected to live comfortably and peacefully.
A mansion with members of the Cresentis, Chrono, and Aldes Family.
Story: The tower had to expand and needed a space for three families to live together. After Lynra retired from journalism. She said she wanted to gather families together and establish a place where they could live in peace. Lynra wants to make the big tower a place where everyone can live.

Name of the settlement: Galamea (expansion & total remodel of Aesirheim)
Settlement purpose: Home to the Rhoynish and the Vanirhallan, Galamea is the concretization of a dream. A project set to unite the warrior people of Esshar under one settlement- one banner. An ideal. An attempt to tame the sand and create what had failed so many times in the past. A cosmopolitan kingdom set in the middle of the desert. An oasis of trade, knowledge and martial prowess.
Area description: "And water will come in abundance. No longer our feet will be dry from the sand and the dust- this is a promise I make to you."
Built on the remnants of Aesirheim, Galamea is a sumptuous and lavish city where water flows every day without interruption. Surrounded by exotic and various flora, the settlement is often compared to an oasis lost in the middle of the desert. Graceful vines and roots often take hold within the sandstone and pathways in total harmony. Spacious and generous, the cosmopolitan city is the perfect setting for wandering merchants to come set their stalls. Galamea lives off trading, mining but also from the sea bordering the city.
Characters involved: A lot! All of Aesirheim, the Ilian clan as well as outside investors contributing to the project!

Plan: Three tiers of progression with a timer between each one to show progression over time (a settlement takes time to be built)!
Tier 1: Total remodel of Aesirheim + extension + move the Ilian fort there (make it look different also why not), spawn point! Turn it from a pile to of dust to a sumptuous / egyptian vibe settlement (like the picture above), price : 100K
Tier 2: A massive coliseum for tournaments, games and the people of Galamea to train their armies! Can we even call ourselves warriors if we don't have that? Price: 100K
Tier 3: Walls to protect the settlement, walls as tall-- if not taller than Osrona! Price : 100K
All of that for a total of 300K coins.
Conclusion: This is merely a proposition on how to handle this project! The tiers and numbers displayed in this thread are subject to change!

(Disclaimer: This may look ugly. This is my first attempt at a building request post...)
Name of Establishment: Rune Harbor + The Hammer & Flask
Building Purpose: (What is the purpose of the building?) Rune Harbor itself is memorial port of one of the founders of Aeirheim (now Galamea) for trade for the Western side of the Continent, following the destruction of Baleford Bridge disrupting the major trade route.
The boat-house that is named after the guild that makes use of it, The Hammer & Flask, is a mobile base of operations for the Crafting Guild. Intended to be utilized for a variety of purposes, to bring commerce to the Guild, and Esshar thereafter.
Area Description: (More than a few lines, less than a few paragraphs)
Rune Harbor:
A memorial to the founders of Aesirheim, and what is now Galamea. Designed to be a trading port, if a bit limited for the time being, that imports can once again easily flow through the Western half of Esshar, following the desolation of the Baleford Bridge, which was once part of the major trade route across the whole continent. Sturdy lumber gives way to an extended dock, splitting after a few meters from the coast, and then promptly forking to allow two ships in at once.
The Hammer And Flask:
A boat designed with the necessities of the crafter's guild in mind. All crafting facilities safely stored out of sight, whilst the main room below deck houses a rest area for customers, with a small kitchen and bar in place behind a makeshift counter. It was minimalistic for the moment. But it had everything they truly needed, until they expanded further!

Name of the settlement
New Moxtli (Regrowing Moxtli and adding a few new elements. I'm also terrible at names)
Settlement purpose
The rebuilding of Moxtli is for those that wish to get back into nature mostly. Ents, beastkin, and fae join together to regrow what was once destroyed. Bringing back the tribal-esque village and making it more akin to nature for those who don't necessarily fit in anywhere else and for those who live in the cold wilderness to have a home still within Mother nature's palms.
Area description
Once a forgotten memory of what was destroyed now brought back in a flourishing community of various wildlife. A hidden yet known village sits in the middle of thick greenery that seems to be the closest place to Mother Nature than anywhere on Esshar.
Characters involved
Quite a few people! The list is: Ariel D. Cirque, Willowtalon, Wynne Meztin, Ranym, Jude Cique, Azar Otxoa, Maple Grace, and others. (Can't remember names.)

Mapper needed! But I have one in mind. ^^
Plan
Mainly wish for the outside to not look like ruins and instead more nature-esque. A BIG tree in the center would be nice, too.
❀ Re-addition of the temple cave basically like what old Moxtli had or maybe put it outside. Whichever fits best!
❀ Re-map of the arena within the cave south of the area. Fairly too small and the corners aren't intangible!
❀ Home plots fit the theme with added farm plots for farming sake. With how many fae there is, give the poor creatures a fae hut or two. (If that exists.)
As for budget? Whatever is requested.
Conclusion
Extra additions can be handled in the future. I'd just prepare the area to not look ugly like ruins and just looks like everything was replanted

Name of Establishment: Elysia
Building Purpose: To act as an establishment for our guild and the Astyan Restoration Movement and put political pressure on Osrona from the outside, as well as serve the Crown in our wish to bring about a new age in Esshar where the kingdom rises, expands, and conquers.
Area Description: It will be built just above the beach that connects Daggermark to the rest of the world, but not placed as a choke point. A medium sized fort with farmland and six lots inside.
Characters Involved: Erika Soleis, Ezekiel, Sebas, Ahmir, Alanis are the main organizers. Others are involved and aware!
Map Progress / Plans: We have a mapper working on it and have been raising funds ICly over the past week. It's been in the motions for a long time, with the academy acting as a place of recruitment for us.

Building purpose: An expansion upon the Blue Lion Den currently, no longer in the hands of Raziel ven Pelleaux, his children have taken it upon themselves to build a home befitting of their notable family. The home of the noble Pelleaux family and its numerous servants and the likes. A grand building showcasing the wealth of one of the Great Osronan Noble Houses, alongside providing a suitable venue for activities Nobility may wish to partake in.

Area Description: In the center of Osrona what formally was the Blue Lion's Den has been expanded and remodelled into a manor - now its interior grandiose, designs not too disimilar to traditional Osronan architecture, though it did have its own modern twist.
