They don't even have to be full-on monkeys, just monkeys that look a liiiitle bit more like humans and are as intelligent, but still do shit monkeys usually do.
They'd be like rats, robbers, but on a whole next fucking level. Roleplaying as them would be the PINNACLE of not roleplaying seriously and roleplaying to be FUNNY (which is what i believe is the best type of roleplaying).
Of course, also prevent them from ever doing ANYTHING related to politics other than a monkey nation, because uh, yeah, I don't think a monkey in charge would be a good idea (especially considering they're supposed to be played like robbers and shit and not fully serious)
Also, as for racials, I don't know honestly, maybe make them have more agility (since irl monkeys are fast as shit) and have spell reduction for unarmed. I don't think adding your usual 10% AP bonus would make sense, since monkey's aren't really known to be strong, just fast as hell
If ANY of you guys use "hurr durr but eternia is a serious game" I'm going to spam your dms with pictures of gay yiff. This is not a joke. (it is, please don't downvote me because of this last sentence)
EDIT: Forgot to mention, but make them an applayable race and just accept it for those that are known to be actually funny, know how to rp and are NOT annoying. The objective of the race should be to make people laugh or something, not annoy them.
