Endless Stunning - Age of Shadows - 12-18-2019

Give people a stun immunity for 1 second after a stun ends. Being endlessly chained in stun after stun sequentially until you're mush is awful.

RE: Endless Stunning - Nailman - 12-18-2019

inb4 someone says "DON'T DO THAT THERE ARE CLEANSES AND IMMUNITIES IN THREE OR FOUR TREES"

RE: Endless Stunning - Itome - 12-18-2019

the stun chaining shit really needs some counterplay besides a few niche picks, a universal mechanic to combat it would really, really help

RE: Endless Stunning - TheProwlingScorcher - 12-18-2019

Better yet give stuns either a cooldown window or GCD. I do agree wholeheartedly that stun chaining is an egregious epidemic, and both these changes not only allow some elemental trees to maintain their integrity if they use stuns, but it makes going up against it less pressuring and gives a lot more room for counterplay.

RE: Endless Stunning - NumberTwenty - 12-18-2019

I made similar requests on the issue with stun locks here.

RE: Endless Stunning - Chance - 12-18-2019

Something like this is planned, though there is the issue that it'd probably hurt certain unoffensive combos (Water Whip > Water Beam).

RE: Endless Stunning - Sty - 12-18-2019

Also make cleanse useable while stunned

RE: Endless Stunning - Whatever - 12-18-2019

Remember when chaining slows was such a big thing and marble grasp got nerf requests every other week?

Why did we pump stun after stun into various trees and not expect people to chain them?

RE: Endless Stunning - Jetniss - 12-18-2019

Cleanse doesn't work on stuns, which it should, and no type of stun mitigation is going to work because you'll get people staggering their stuns. Which means less burst, but just as little play time for the victim.
