The Blood of Heretics - Milly - 03-13-2021 “The time of your heretical preaching has come to an end, Ragnhild.
You will suffer for the lies you have spread
For the deceit you have spoken to those around you.”
After a hostile confrontation upon the grounds of the Academy, the Dragonlord Violet Vartuul challenged the Vanirhallan Priestess Ragnhild Gunnr in combat.
Only due to the request of the Headmaster, Etheric Athelier, was the fight taken off Academy grounds. Eyewitness reports confirm the Dragonlord came out as the victor, absconding with the Vanirhallan in broad daylight to Garljing’s Coat.
Her fate should have been obvious to any who knew of the Fireblooded’s feelings on those who worshipped the Triumvirate. A more public declaration was put forth soon after:
Quote: The sacrifice of Ragnhild Gunnr will be held on Sunday, March 14th at 7pm.
Challenges will be accepted no matter what until that time.
A Knights Oath - Laemor - 03-14-2021 ![]() "I look not to preach what I don't fully understand... My ignorance will truly be the death of me one day, but until then? I'll continue to fight for my beliefs. No matter how many or little stand beside me."
Much as the rumors suggested, the BladeMaster accompanied by two others. Could be seen at the top of the mountain. Where the man stood before the dragonlord and proclaimed his challenge.
"To be a dragon."
Is what they said he must be, to enter the arena.
So a dragon he became.
Quote: The vanir has been freed by the efforts of a man And the plea has gone answered! |
