Lumberjack

Pay is acquired, not per log but via achieved quota and determined by Manager.

Fabricator

They are also tasked with taking upon boar pelts to fabricate into book covers en bulk.
Pay is acquired, not per page but via achieved quota and determined by Manager. 


Manager
Quote:The individual assigned this position is in charge of hiring individuals for the jobs necessary to fulfill their annual quota. Once their quotas are met, payroll is initiated and they are required to keep up with the quota to maintain their position. Failure to achieve the demanded quota will result in swift termination of services. This position is also in charge of paying their employees and maintaining them to ensure success in their endeavors.
Pay is determined by previous quota returns.

Storywriter / Interviewer
Quote:Some production of paper is offered to those appointed with this position, paid per commission of their work. They are tasked with investigating the current state of affairs with locals, government officials, nations and the like. They are highly encouraged to pursue potential scandals, with better stories yeilding higher returns. Slander however, will not be tolerated - especially if sufficient proof on a claim can not be provided, which will result in swift termination of service.
These individuals do not report to the manager, but to the company owner themself!


Hunter / Farmer
Quote:Quite a common trade, though a desperately necessary one. It is not intended to be one of various branding nor game -- rather exclusively boar! It is the hide of the creature that is so prized! Necessary for crafting book covers en mass! If only an alternative that was easier to produce was available, but alas -- someone must do the deed of either hunting boar for their pelts, or raising them on a farm until one is ready to be harvested from. The leather pelts are provided to the Fabricator.

*Job Applications are offered by Nomont Employees wandering the streets of Osrona and its neighboring territories. They all seem to have the same general format, with small caveats detailing their age restriction amongst the jobs available. The recruiting parties offer generic explanations as to what the company is, bringing mention of an 'Asura Nomont' and a 'Nomont Bank' when justifying the company's existence. It is mentioned that the quota is 'yet to be determined' when it is asked for.*

Asura Nomont has made his decision, sending out recruiters to start spreading the news and placing up fliers concerning his quota.

Cogs turn, yet not in the city known for it -- but rather... Osrona?
With the experimentation and invention of small, seemingly useless gadgets from the aspiring entrepreneur, and the recent initiation of the company -- products to fuel the Nomont Bank are being manufactured at an incrementing rate. The new focus is thanks entirely to the recent hiring of the NFC's current manager!

*Rumor has it that there's likely more than just paper and bookcovers being manufactured by this Fabrication Company fronting as a subsidiary to Nomont Bank.*
