Rite of Ascent - InThePooPoo - 12-03-2020 ![]() Those who remain after all this hardship deserve recognition. In the Fireblooded Temple, preparations are being made for a sacred rite.
Acolytes can be seen hustling around the temple grounds, preparing decorations, ornaments and various idols to be used in it. Each Fireblooded priest and priestess receives the same message. Quote: (The Rite of Ascent will be held on Friday, 6PM EST)
RE: Rite of Ascent - InThePooPoo - 12-05-2020 At the Rite of Ascent's conclusion, multiple changes have been made to the structure of the Fireblooded Temple. A wave of Acolytes has been bathed in the flames of a dragon. This washed away their inner weaknesses, proving their faith and ultimately securing their right to ascend to position as Flame Heralds. Spencer Galloway was uplifted from his station as herald of flame, and thusly brought into the Fireblooded Council. Immediately after this, He, Azar Barak, and Kirk Argyris were called upon to decide who among them was most worthy of the title of Warlord. Ultimately, Spencer defeated Kirk in a duel on the Dragon's Gauntlet, thusly naming Spencer Galloway the New Warlord of Garljing's Coat. After this display, Duniya Vartuul made the announcement that she was intent on entirely replacing the Four Dragonlords/Warlords, including herself with new blood, starting with Spencer. Her role as Den-Mother remains uncompromised - and she continues on as the greatest weapon in the Fireblooded arsenal. Still their ever-devoted leader, yet making room for those with fresh perspectives and equally uncompromising devotion to guide those who come after her. Quote: |
