whyDM - InThePooPoo - 11-23-2020 Event Preferences: Abstract. Other Notes: Unless I state otherwise directly to you, I cannot make time for events on any day other than Tuesday or Wednesday. If you need an event run on any other day, I'm no good for you. Sorry. We may be able to find some other time if you're willing to go odd hours or wait a while for me to figure out a schedule change. Feel free to DM me if you want to see if we can work something out. inthepoopoo on discord RE: whyDM - Jumpy - 11-28-2020 Key/Character: Bruno pyr Aertas Which Event: Where the sun never rises Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Swift enough, it wasn't the fastest in the world but there was no problem with how long it took, especially when I take my wife on events. Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): The balance was fine, the enemies grew in strength and the last fight was really close R1 with both of us at 10% while R2 ended with a KO from 1 tick of blizzard out of shadowalk instead of me getting the finish. Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): This is the best part of the event and it was the focus of it; the story that led both Bruno and Anna to delve further was related to the theme and properly tied to the event title itself. It touched on love, allowed us to play to our strengths and with the bond they both held and it all tied up nicely into a story worth its ending, giving more meaning to what could have been a simple event by hitting a subject that I don't even think you knew about which was conspiring against one another. It was really good. Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): We got more than we asked for. Overall: Very good for a first event. There was just 1 minor mistake but it's due to the guide and was quickly corrected. Even tuning was attempted to be used, which is rare! Any other comments: ![]() ![]() RE: whyDM - BabyFatJesus - 11-28-2020 Character: Anastasia pyr Aertas Which Event: Where the sun never rises Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): 10/10 was a little slow, but the time between how long they took and how much was given in the narrate always justified that. They were clearly writing them out on the spot, ergo, 10/10. Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): 10/10 First event I encountered where NPCs were used. Even though I got my ass beat by 7k bubbles that were shot towards my forehead every second, it was rather fun and new to see. I may try to use NPCs myself now. No doubt to varying degrees of success. Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): 10/10 Absolutely wonderful story telling. It was all engaging and tied into the next portion of the event. Very well written. Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): 10/10 We got more than we asked for. Overall: 10/10 Any other comments: Barry was obviously a reference to something, but I didn't understand the reference. Secretly, your overall score is 2/10 for not explaining the reference through the event story. Shame! RE: whyDM - OMNI - 11-29-2020 Character: Gryndiel Which Event: Glittersweet Vengeance Responsiveness: Didn't really miss a beat and informed us every time a narration was coming. There was only ONE slow statement of such and it wasn't more than a few minutes, perfectly within acceptable standards. Balance: The bosses were challenging but not stupidly difficult for chance of injury and we had a very real chance of losing to the final boss if we didn't play well. It was 2/1 us/the final boss. Storytelling: I hate you for making it so light-hearted then breaking my heart with how dark it became but it was a VERY good chance to start explaining Gryndiel's plans and push things forward with the group. 11/10, you're storytelling for me and my daughter again. I was extremely tired from not sleeping for like 34 hours but that final boss' introduction woke me. Fairness: Excellently done. I did not ask for a specific reward but got a very appropriate piece after stating I would like to post at some of the remaining NPCs and gave a speech through my character. Overall: It wasn't balls to the wall crazy like a CERTAIN MANOR-RELATED EVENT, but it was amazing in its own right. Well done, perfect ten. Any other comments: Winter Court. Winter Court. Winter Court. SOON. RE: whyDM - Math - 12-07-2020 ![]() ![]() ![]() 10/10 i dont even need to say anything else the images suffice RE: whyDM - ry0un0suke - 12-07-2020 Character: Matryona pyr Docro
