Following Moxtli's initial intention to claim Starfall, a meeting was arranged between the upper echelons of both Osrona and the Moxtli council. After a peaceful conversation and some brief moral debates, an agreement was reached. Attached bellow are the new rules surrounding Starfall as well as a speech given by the mourning Iyali Chieftain...

To the tyrannical leadership of Achyon... oh how I despise you. Your people follow the Empire out of necessity, fear- to find a sense of false belonging in this sick vision of mechanism that you've drowned yourself in. You justify your regime with anecdotes of cogs and machines... but that is no way to lead a people. You've once again faltered before our might.

You surely ask why... but it's simple.

My people fight for Moxtli because they cherish it. Your soldiers fight for the Empire because they have to.

I have no more to say to you. It will not be long before Esshar is cleansed of the blight that is Achyon.

Starfall Island is now controlled by Moxtli.

Haruki Taiyang has full control of the Irradiated Shrine once Chancellor Yoshiko Taiyang delegates the shrine to her son. He is allowed to invite anyone who does not associate with Achyon. The invited guest will abide by Moxtli's laws and will be safe from assault.

Haruki Taiyang will be the sole link between Osrona and Starfall.

The UFC is going to continue in the fortress beneath the shrine, soon expanding to accommodate more patrons. This will not interfere with the Irradiated Shrine.

Every student and teacher at the Starfall Academy is promised safety by Moxtli. Students from Osrona and Moxtli will be able to fight out their differences if they have any, but they will not be seriously harmed.

While Osronans cannot freely wander into Starfall, they will not be attacked on first encounter. They will politely be asked to leave and to return with a travel permit, which can easily be obtained through Moxtli's leadership.

Osrona and Moxtli are neutral in terms of relationship.

Yoshiko never seemed to have noticed that there was war going on the island she has preserved for so long. And as a neutral party, the older Fox didn't seem to care or take sides. However, there is a few things that she would've at least liked to make clear to those who earned victory over Starfall's territory.

I have nothing much else to say except one or two things. I will be leaving soon to rest the rest of my years with my husband in Sheng. The Shrine's ownership will at that point be passed down to my son Haruki and the title of Chancellor once his training has concluded. If you'd like to say your goodbyes, you have a few years left my dears...
