After investigating and researching the disappearance of entire schools of fish from Osrona's waters on behalf of the Fisherman's Guild, the Wave Rookie has located the source. A gluttonous breed of arcana sensitive squids whose nest is located southwest of the waterfall in the Sudbury Slums. As fate would have it, this information came to him in a dream, where he and one of the many tendril-having titans of the sea exchanged blows in a battle of will and spirit. With Commander Drake's tale of how he obtained his own tendrils in a time of need fresh on the boy's mind, Soren gathers a small group of brave magi and prepares to rid the waters of its biggest predator to date.
Objectives: - Wrestle the giant squid into submission.
- Help Osrona's fish population get back to its former numbers (unlock fishing for the server).
- Try to achieve a feat that Drake Dunstan was able to achieve in his youth.
Tone: Adventurous, Suspenseful, Some light-heartedness.
Danger: Up to the DM (Mimloopen)
Special Requests: This is the third (and hopefully final) installment to Soren's development path for Riptide Magic. As such, I'd like to request a tome for Riptide! If I cannot get in this event, I'll use these logs and post an actual application, no sweat.
