Wouldn't it be cool to have an EC guild of mercenaries that help encourage new players to take risks, that are worth a reward?

I think we just currently have an issue where most ECs kinda just say "square up bitches" and fight ensues really quick (from what I've seen) who knows maybe nobody has taken a different approach.
