A travelling envoy of Osronan representatives transport a wagon with a large, covered object inside. The soldiers pass it off to the Theria guards and then leave.
Inside is the dragon skull of Vartuul.
There is a short message but for the most part, the good faith gesture speaks of itself.
"As promised by Princess Petrakis, the remains of your dragon. - King Alexander II Petrakis"
